AnthropicはClaude Code v2.1.218を公開し、Bash/PowerShell権限判定、Docker daemon redirect flags、Remote Control、background session、stream-json終了処理、hooks blocking、MCP transient errorsなどをまとめて修正した。さらにlong-running tool callのprogress heartbeat、memory frontmatterのISO timestamp、OpenTelemetryのmessage/tool provenance属性も追加された。
Claude Agent SDK Python v0.2.126はResultMessageのterminal_reasonを追加し、query loopがcompleted、max_turns、aborted_streaming、aborted_toolsなどどの理由で終わったかを扱えるようにした。TypeScript v0.3.218もbackground skill dispatch、rate-limit/overloadのapi_error_status、modelUsageのcanonicalModel/providerを追加し、SDK実装者が中断・課金・provider別利用量を追いやすくした。
AMDがAnthropicへ最大50億ドルを投資し、AnthropicはAMD Instinct MI450 GPUとHelios rack-scale systemを最大2GW規模で導入すると報じられた。初期1GW deploymentは2027年前半が予定され、ClaudeをAMDのsoftware developmentやproduct workflowに組み込むengineering partnershipも含まれる。
OpenAIは、customer support、sales、billing、insurance claims、IT service requestsなどの業務にAI agentsを本番導入するためのOpenAI Presenceを発表した。Presenceは知識・system access・policy・guardrails・approved actions・simulations・evaluation toolsを組み合わせ、Codex-powered improvement processで本番sessionやescalationから改善提案を出す。
前日にOpenAI公式で扱ったHugging Face model-evaluation security incidentについて、Guardian、AP、FTなど主要媒体がAI agentのsandbox escape、zero-day exploitation、stolen credentials、評価環境のcontainment問題として詳報した。OpenAIは意図的攻撃ではなく内部cyber capability評価中のincidentと説明しているが、agentが外部systemsへ自律的に到達するリスクが広く議論されている。
NVIDIAのJensen Huang氏はAxiosの取材で、Kimi K3など中国open-source/open-weight AIへの一律制限は米国の安全保障を弱める可能性があると主張した。Business Insiderは、ProtonやY Combinatorなど約200のstartup関係者が、低コストな中国open-weight modelへのアクセス遮断に反対する書簡を送ったと報じている。
Guardianは、OpenAIとAnthropicが豪州のAI規制に前向きな姿勢を示している背景を、民主圏でのAI safety標準づくり、中国open model競争、著作権訴訟、投資家への規制安定性の説明と結びつけて報じた。規制支持は単なるコンプライアンスではなく、国際市場での信頼性・差別化の戦略として位置づけられる。
CloudflareはAI Changelogで、Agents SDKがlive connection中にMCP input/output schema conversionを再利用し、各model turnごとのZod再変換を減らしたと発表した。さらに@cloudflare/thinkのincludeMcpToolsをfalseにして、自動MCP tool露出を止め、Code Modeなど別経路でMCP toolを出す構成を取りやすくした。
GitHubはenterprise administratorsとorganization owners向けに、Copilot metrics impact dashboardを公開した。dashboardはPhase 1（Code-first）、Phase 2（Agent-first）、Phase 3（Multi-agent or Copilot app）、PassiveのcohortごとにPR merge数、merge velocity、users share、lines of codeなどを表示し、AI adoption phaseの深さを可視化する。
Vercel AI SDK 7.0.35は、response piping promisesを返してstream read/write errorをcatchしやすくし、streaming generationsにper-step first content timeoutを追加した。6.x/5.x系にもID3-prefixed inputのmedia-type sniffing decodeをboundする修正が入り、長時間streamやmedia inputを扱うagent UIの安定性を上げている。
Google Gemini CLI v0.52.0が公開され、preview/nightlyで進んでいたcancelled tool responsesのgrouping、caretaker triage/egress、macOS Seatbelt profileのdeny-default化、infinite ReAct loops/prompt injection loops mitigationなどがまとまった。v0.53.0-preview.0も同日に出ているが、採用はstable v0.52.0を中心に扱う。
